Most recently he served as CEO for ServiTech, and previously as Executive Vice President for the Independent Professional Seed Association and the Nebraska Cattlemen. Greg and his wife also own and operate a farming and livestock business with their two children.
Jonathan Kramer

Jonathan is a straight shooter and a strategic thinker.  Jonathan has been in the private practice of law at the Whitfield firm in Des Moines for over 20 years.  He practices in a wide variety of financial matters, whether planning, transactional or litigation.  Jonathan can act as counsel for a client, as a consultant or receiver, an expert witness, or as counsel for experts or receivers.
Craig Nielsen

Craig joined Peoples Company in July of 2022 and was hired to develop and manage the newly established Crop Insurance division. He is a third-generation Crop Insurance Agent with over 13 years of industry experience.  With his years of experience and family background in the Crop Insurance Industry, he has developed a reputation for quality customer satisfaction, building positive relationships, and excellent problem-solving skills. Craig looks forward to help assist farmers, ranchers, and land investors to effectively minimize risk and exposure by providing a quality experience in a complex and ever-changing industry.
Mike Tweedy
Vice President Sales @Pattern Ag
Mike Tweedy is the Head of Sales at Pattern Ag.  Mike was raised on a small farm in Southern Illinois, founded in 1800.  After earning his Bachelors and Master’s degrees in Agronomy at Southern Illinois University he spent the first portion of his career working with multinational input providers in various roles from Technical Service to Marketing.  In 2010, he transitioned to the startup space, most recently focusing on technology that can enable growers to improve top end yield.  Mike has been with Pattern Ag for two years.
